Can I see my portrait before buying?
Yes. Upload your photos and create a free watermarked preview, with no sign-up or card required. You have up to 20 attempts; each generation or revision uses one. If you love the result, choose a size and buy your canvas. The preview is free; the canvas and digital file without a watermark are sold separately.
Can you bring together people from different photos? Does it cost extra?
Yes. Upload different photos and tell us whom to include. There is no extra charge per person: the canvas price depends only on your chosen size.
What does the canvas price include?
Your chosen design, canvas printing, stretching on a wooden frame, hanging hardware, packaging, taxes and US shipping. Your portrait arrives ready to hang or give. A decorative frame is not included.
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
We print and prepare your canvas in Austin, Texas, within 1–2 days after payment. It then ships via UPS. Transit usually takes 5–14 days, depending on the destination and UPS schedules. Preparation time is additional to transit time; we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
How is the portrait created? Can I make changes?
Our service uses AI to create a portrait from your photos and your chosen style. To change something, enter your instructions and generate another version while you have attempts left. Each generation or revision uses one attempt. The process is automated and does not include manual retouching by a designer.

Will I receive the same image I chose?
Yes. We keep the original, unwatermarked file for each result. Purchasing does not generate another portrait. Before paying, you will see which version you selected.
Which photos work best?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo with full, unobstructed faces. Avoid beauty filters and, if possible, use the original file instead of a screenshot. Clear faces help us preserve their details. Start with one photo or add up to 6. When combining different photos, tell us whom to include. If you only have an old or blurry photo, you can try it and review the free preview before buying; results depend on the visible detail.
