Privacy & use of your photos
RETRATOS DE ARTE LLC · St. Petersburg, FL, 33702
Your photos and portraits
We use the photos and instructions you provide to create and store your portraits. Generation uses OpenAI; the site and files are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure through Sites. Your images are not added to our public gallery.
Access without registration
An essential cookie recognizes this browser, saves your versions and applies the 20 free-attempt limit. If you delete the cookie or switch browsers, your portraits may no longer be accessible. We also apply usage limits to prevent abuse.
Email and orders
Email is optional for portrait notifications and required for purchases. Resend sends portrait and order notifications. We store contact details and, for physical orders, your name and delivery address. Phone numbers are used for order questions, not marketing texts. Square processes payments and card details.
Email news
The subscription form lets you request a welcome email with a $10 discount. We store your email, source page, date and consent version. Activating the link confirms your email and subscription. An essential cookie keeps your coupon in this browser for 30 days; the coupon itself does not expire and can be reactivated from the email. Each coupon is valid for one order and is reserved when checkout opens. You can unsubscribe through the email link without losing your discount. Unsubscribing does not stop essential order notifications.
Buying does not subscribe you to marketing. Only if you check the optional box do we record your consent and potentially add your email and name to our Resend list. You can unsubscribe through each campaign's link. We do not use phone numbers for marketing texts.
Advertising measurement with Meta
When configured, Meta Pixel and Conversions API measure visits, preview creation, checkout starts and confirmed payments by default. We may share browser advertising identifiers, IP address, browser information, purchase amount and product. Email and phone numbers are normalized and SHA-256 hashed before sending to help Meta match purchases to ads; they are not anonymous data. We do not send photos, portraits or personal instructions. We do not require an Accept button to activate measurement. You can disable it using “Do not share my data for advertising” in the footer. This choice is stored in this browser for six months; if you clear cookies or switch browsers, set it again. We respect saved opt-outs, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Opting out stops new events and blocks pending purchase events we can cancel; it does not retract data already sent, and a request in progress may complete. You can re-enable measurement using “Change preference.” This choice is independent of email subscriptions. Opting out does not prevent creating or buying.
Advertising measurement with TikTok
When configured, TikTok Pixel and Events API measure visits, portrait readiness, checkout starts and confirmed payments on this domain. We may share the URL, browser information, IP address, advertising identifiers, product, amount and currency. An ad-click identifier is stored in a cookie for seven days to connect it to a purchase. When payment is confirmed, the server sends normalized, SHA-256 hashed email and, if provided, phone numbers; they are not anonymous data. We do not send photos, portraits, personal instructions or card details. “Do not share my data for advertising,” Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable measurement and block pending events we can cancel; they do not retract data already sent, and a request in progress may complete. Owner mode, payment tests and admin pages are excluded. This choice does not affect purchases or optional email subscriptions.
Printing
To produce and deliver your order, we share the selected file, size and necessary delivery details with our printing and shipping providers.
